Mission Critical Cooling

Frost Forge Solutionsmart watch

Mission Statement:

Empowering the workforce behind the world’s most advanced cooling technologies.

Frost Forge is the first technician enablement  and certification platform purpose-built for the liquid and immersion cooling industry. Our mission is to bridge the gap between OEMs, service providers, and data centers by building a highly skilled, certified workforce that keeps high-density, AI-driven compute systems cool, operational, and scalable.

Why It Matters:

As AI and high-performance computing push rack densities to new limits, traditional cooling is no longer sufficient. Liquid and immersion cooling are the future—but that future depends on trained, certified, and scalable field service teams. Frost Forge ensures the technician is never the weakest link in your mission-critical operation.

 Our Name, Our Philosophy:

The name Frost Forge represents the fusion of cold precision and hardened skill. Like a blacksmith for tomorrow’s tech infrastructure, we forge technician excellence through rigorous training, practical field validation, and continuous feedback across the lifecycle of OEM cooling systems.

Mission Critical University, CEO

I began my career as a Union Electrician in Omaha, Nebraska, with Local #22, completing the program’s academic requirements. This foundation gave me a strong technical understanding and a commitment to quality.

Seeking diverse experience, I moved to Fairview, Oklahoma, where I worked as a Parts Manager/Parts Welder at Bramco, a manufacturer of custom truck flatbeds. This role provided hands-on expertise in fabrication and operations management.

My career transitioned to the data center industry in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Critical Environment Technician with Lee Technologies. I managed mission-critical systems, including AHUs, switchgear, and generators, ensuring uptime in high-demand environments. Later, I joined CBRE as a Data Center Engineer, refining my technical expertise and knowledge of operations.

At Google, I developed proprietary cooling systems, managed large-scale data centers, and commissioned multiple facilities. I then joined Aligned Data Centers as a Facilities Manager and later an Operations Coordinator, enhancing operational processes with the VP of Risk and Reliability.

Currently, I am a Senior Critical Environment Engineer, guiding operations teams across Georgia and Florida. Throughout my career, I have embraced challenges, honed my skills, and consistently focused on delivering excellence.

Secret Projects, CEO

I began my career serving aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln as a Nuclear Machinist’s Mate, where I advanced to Chief Machinery Operator. During this time, I managed main propulsion systems and trained over 1,500 crew members in maintenance protocols as the ship underwent nuclear refueling overhaul. I later served at NRMD Kings Bay, where I oversaw the safe handling and interstate transport of radioactive materials.

After completing my duty in the Navy Nuclear program, I transitioned to the private sector and joined Google in Council Bluffs, Iowa, as a Data Center Facilities Technician. Over nearly a decade, I became the subject matter expert for server floor infrastructure and liquid-cooled rack systems. I led the deployment and testing of prototypes for Google’s ML and AI servers and supported maintenance of 300+ generators and mechanical equipment across a 600MW site.

Seeking greater innovation, I joined Omniva, a stealth data center startup, as a Site Mechanical Engineer. I led the transition from immersion cooling to direct liquid cooling (DLC), developed a 100MW DLC deployment strategy, and trained teams during the POR redesign phase.

As a  Method Experts as a co-founder, supporting clients with factory witness testing, retrofit site evaluations, and hands-on technician training.

Throughout my career, I’ve embraced technically demanding roles that require attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Today, I continue to focus on advancing liquid cooling and critical infrastructure operations in hyperscale environments.
